- monitoring funding opportunities for research, educational actions and Institute’s development
- participation in application for national and international grants
- administrative support of research and educational projects implementation
- coordination of international cooperation with foreign partners
- implementation of international mobility projects
- scientific career advice
- coordination of EU Framework Programme local contact point
