Department of Nucleic Acid Function focuses on research into the pathogenesis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and other disorders associated with the gastrointestinal tract. We use NGS and QF PCR technologies to determine the composition of the gut microbiota and the microbiota of different environments. We are experienced in designing targeted NGS panels for the needs of our pharmacogenetic studies, as well as in analyzing high-throughput data. We analyze gene variants associated with the disease's etiology for research and diagnostic purposes.
