Testing of individuals is performed at their order. The specimen for SARS-CoV-2 and influenza virus infections is an upper respiratory tract swab.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

In the detection of SARS-CoV-2 virus, the occurrence of viral sequences is investigated using real time RT-PCR (real-time RT-PCR).
\nInfluenza virus infections are detected on the basis of identification of sequences characteristic for influenza A or B.
\nThe tests used in the laboratory are CE-IVD certified.
\nThe examination is carried out in accordance with WHO recommendations.
\nThe COVID-19 laboratory is an entity conducting medical activity and is registered on the COVID Laboratory List of the Ministry of Health.<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

The result<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n

The result (also possible in English) is issued in the form of a test report containing the data of the tested person and the result of the test, confirmed with the signature and stamp of the laboratory diagnostician (with the number of the right to practice).
\nThe result can be delivered by e-mail.
\nCollection of the material until 12:00 – result within 8 hours.<\/strong>
\nCollection after noon – result the next day after noon.
\nPositive results are reported to the appropriate Voivodship Sanitary and Epidemiological Station<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
