Witold Ru\u017cy\u0142\u0142o handed members nominations for the 2020-2023 terms.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Prof. Micha\u0142 Witt, director of the Institute of Human Genetics PAS was elected Chairman of the Committee, prof. Jerzy Bal from the Institute of Mother and Child became vice-chairmen, the Presidium included prof. dr hab. Andrzej P\u0142awski and prof. dr hab. Ryszard S\u0142omski from the Institute of Human Genetics PAS and Scientific secretary dr hab. Marlena Szalata from the Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology at the University of Life Sciences in Pozna\u0144.Professor Witold Ru\u017cy\u0142\u0142o handed to prof. S\u0142omski thanks for chairing the Committee to date for the last three four-year terms. In addition, prof. S\u0142omski was elected the Honorary Chairman of the Committee. The composition of the Committee was expanded to include a specialist, prof. IGC PAN dr hab. Natalia Rozwadowska from the Institute of Human Genetics PAS, who has been cooperating with the International Council for Laboratory Animal Science (ICLAS) for several years.<\/p>\n<p>In the second part, dr Marek Posobkiewicz, Chief Sanitary Inspector presented current problems regarding coronavirus and the fight against it in the world and in Poland. In turn prof.
