<\/strong>2020\/38\/E\/NZ2\/00134 (National Science Centre, Poland):<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project title:<\/strong> \u2018<strong><em>Cytogenetic and molecular analyses of positioning of human sperm chromosomes, including: sperm chromatin integrity, epigenetic marks, karyotyping and sperm fractioning<\/em>\u2019, PI \u2013 Marta Olszewska, PhD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Main tasks:<\/p>\n<p>active participation in the realization of project goals, including: evaluation of sperm chromosomes and chromatin in infertile males, cytogenetic and epigenetic stainings, working with the microscope<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Tasks to be done by the candidate:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>preparation of biological samples<\/li>\n<li>determination of sperm chromosomes positioning via FISH<\/li>\n<li>immunofluorescence experiments with antibodies<\/li>\n<li>evaluation of the topology of sperm chromosomes<\/li>\n<li>documentation and analysis of the results.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Requirements for candidates:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>graduate with the Master\u2019s degree in molecular biology, biotechnology, genetics, medicine or related field<\/li>\n<li>knowledge in the field of molecular and cell biology<\/li>\n<li>very good written and oral communication skills in English<\/li>\n<li>motivation and enthusiasm about working in the field of science<\/li>\n<li>good collaborative and team work skills<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>scientific achievements and\/or practice courses will be an
