In December 32% of all coronavirus tests on referrals from the National Health Fund in Poznan were performed at the Innovative Medical Center

In recent days, the laboratory at the Institute of Genetics PAS in Poznan performs an average of 450 tests and 30% of patients are positive. Thanks to its own drive-thru collection point, the IHG PAS conducts these tests the fastest of all points in the city, receiving an average of 70 patients per hour. The drive-thru point also guarantees the safety of the patients being diagnosed, both for those arriving by car and those on foot. The organization of the point allows to avoid contact with other potentially infected people in the queue, which is of great importance with such intense virus emission. To date, our laboratory has tested over 80,000 patients for COVID-19.
