Nagrody i wyróżnienia - 2024

In the second edition of the competition organized by the Polish Genetic Society for the best original work and doctoral thesis in the field of genetics from 2023, the doctoral thesis of Dr. Monika Drobna-Śledzińska entitled: “Identification of miRNA-mRNA interactions in the pathogenesis of childhood T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL)”, performed under the supervision of Dr. hab. Małgorzata Dawidowska, won the 2nd Prize in the Specialty of Human Genetics.

For the 32st time, the Foundation for Polish Science awarded START scholarships to the most talented young scientists from all over Poland. This year, 100 young researchers will receive it, including Karolina Rassek from the Department of Molecular Pathology.

Dr. Joanna Swierkowska received the ‘FY2024 JSPS Postdoctoral Fellowship for Research in Japan’ from the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS)
