New patent
The Polish Patent Office has issued a decision on granting a patent to the Institute of Human Genetics PAS and Poznan University of Medical Sciences for the invention entitled: “New cell line carcinoma mucoepidermale“, designated by the Official No. P. 414 457, submitted on October 22, 2015.
On the part of IHG PAS contributors to the Invention are: dr hab. Małgorzata Jarmuż-Szymczak, mgr Joanna Janiszewska, dr Magdalena Kostrzewska-Poczekaj oraz dr hab. Maciej Giefing.

On Oct 26-th 2017, at a ceremony in the Presidential Palace, the President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda handed to Grzegorz Przybylski a nomination letter for Professor of medical sciences.
